Withdraw from contract

This page explains statutory cancellation rights for UK, EU and EEA customers. It is separate from our 21-day exchange and store-credit policy.

For eligible UK online purchases, you can give notice of cancellation within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, then send the items back within a further 14 days. Contact hello@mayanthony.com or use the form below. An unequivocal cancellation notice is sufficient; using this form is optional.

For a qualifying UK cancellation, reimbursement includes the item price and any standard outbound delivery charge, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier, and reimburse without undue delay, no later than 14 days after that point. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. Where permitted by law, deductions may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

EU and EEA customers may give notice of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable consumer law. Complete the two steps below or email us and we will confirm receipt.
