Shipping & returns
Every pair is made to order and ships within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is free worldwide and takes 2 to 5 business days by DHL Express, UPS, FedEx or other applicable couriers, with tracking sent by email.
Eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 21 days of delivery. Please contact hello@mayanthony.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Returns must reach us within this period, unworn and in their original packaging. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

Product care
Brush the velvet gently with a soft, dry brush, always in one direction. Blot any spill straight away with a dry cloth; never rub. Keep them out of rain, and let a damp pair dry naturally away from heat. Store in the dust bag with shoe trees or tissue to hold the shape.
