Shipping & returns
Every pair is made to order and ships within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is free worldwide and takes 2 to 5 business days by DHL Express or FedEx, with tracking sent by email.
Exchanges within 21 days, no questions asked. If a pair needs adjusting by up to half a size either way, we remake it on your existing design. Worn shoes cannot be returned. Every pair carries a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Product care
Brush the velvet gently with a soft, dry brush, always in one direction. Blot any spill straight away with a dry cloth; never rub. Keep them out of rain, and let a damp pair dry naturally away from heat. Store in the dust bag with shoe trees or tissue to hold the shape.

In the rare event that your shoes require adjustments, such as being made half a size bigger or smaller to achieve a perfect fit, or if there is any other defect that needs attention, rest assured that we will address these issues. We undertake to rectify or remake your order based on your existing design. Please note that if you require a completely new design, you will need to place a new shoe order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for worn shoes.
