At May Anthony, we work hard to ensure your order is carefully made and delivered to you as smoothly as possible.
HANDMADE TO ORDER
As part of our commitment to craftsmanship and personalization, each pair of shoes is individually handmade for each customer. Standard production time is 1 to 3 business days. Once complete, you’ll receive an update confirming your order is ready to ship.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We offer Complimentary Worldwide Delivery on all orders, regardless of your location. Once your order is ready, we ship it directly to your door via DHL or FedEx.

If you need your order shipped out sooner, please select Express Shipping at checkout - your shoes will be dispatched within the next business day via DHL Express.
Tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order ships. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.
PRESENTATION & PACKAGING
Single-pair orders are shipped in individual branded shoe boxes. Orders containing multiple pairs - including promotional purchases such as Buy One Get One offers - are typically shipped together in consolidated outer packaging designed to safely hold more than one pair.Promotional or bundled purchases are fulfilled as a single shipment rather than separate full-price retail transactions.
If you require individual outer packaging for gifting or presentation, this can be arranged prior to dispatch for an additional packaging and shipping fee.
Customs & Duties
All orders shipped to the United States and United Kingdom are Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). This means all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and tariffs are already included in your checkout price. You will not receive any additional invoices from couriers or customs authorities.
For customers outside the US and UK, your local customs office may charge import duties, VAT, or taxes before releasing your order. If this applies, your courier or customs office will contact you to settle these charges.
While we’re always available to help with guidance or paperwork, please note that we cannot reimburse customs fees charged by local authorities.
Responding promptly to customs requests helps avoid delays.
Refused Delivery
If a delivery is refused, not collected, or customs clearance is not completed due to unpaid import duties or missing information, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed. In such cases, we are unable to issue a refund.
Additionally, if a courier attempts delivery and leaves a missed delivery notice, but the customer does not follow up with DHL or FedEx promptly, the same outcome may occur. We strongly encourage customers to monitor tracking and respond quickly to any courier or customs communication.
