Unlike mass-produced footwear, our artisans begin work immediately after an order is placed — cutting, stitching, and assembling your pair with meticulous care.

CANCELLATIONS

Because each shoe is made specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Materials are allocated and production begins right away to maintain efficiency and prevent unnecessary waste.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

We understand that circumstances can change. Minor adjustments — such as size, colour, or embroidery details — may be possible within 12 hours of placing your order.
