WHAT OUR GUARANTEE COVERS

Our Guarantee covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship faults that arise under normal wear. If a covered fault occurs, we will assess and arrange a repair, remake, or replacement at our discretion so you can keep enjoying your shoes.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CARE

Service does not end at purchase. Our atelier team is available for care guidance, restoration options, and quick resolutions where a genuine fault exists. Every case is handled personally - no bots, no scripts.

EXCLUSIONS

The Guarantee does not cover:

• General wear and tear, creasing, patina, or outsole abrasion from use.
• Damage from misuse, neglect, water exposure, stains, or improper storage.
• Issues caused by third-party repairs, alterations, or products not made by May Anthony.
