Monthly Giveaway Terms

Promoter:
May Anthony Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.

1. Eligibility

• Open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, agents, and affiliates of May Anthony Ltd or Rivany Lifestyle Ltd are not eligible to enter.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

2. How to Enter

• Entry is automatic when you join MA PRIVÉ, our members club, via www.mayanthony.com.
• Only one entry per person per monthly draw. Duplicate entries will be disregarded.
• Entrants must provide a valid email address and remain subscribed to the MA PRIVÉ mailing list at the time of the draw to be eligible.

3. Prize

• One winner will receive one pair of handmade May Anthony velvet loafers (retail value up to USD $325 or equivalent).
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• May Anthony reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries on or around the first week of each month.
• The winner will be notified by email using the address provided at signup.
• If no response is received within 7 days, May Anthony reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

5. General Terms

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• May Anthony reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• Personal data collected will be used solely for administering this promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• This promotion is governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
