Shipping & returns
Every pair is made to order and ships within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is free worldwide and takes 2 to 5 business days by DHL Express, UPS, FedEx or other applicable couriers, with tracking sent by email.

Product care
Brush the velvet gently with a soft, dry brush, always in one direction. Blot any spill straight away with a dry cloth; never rub. Keep them out of rain, and let a damp pair dry naturally away from heat. Store in the dust bag with shoe trees or tissue to hold the shape.
